libavfilter-extra-2 software package provides Libav filter library (transitional package), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libavfilter-extra-2
libavfilter-extra-2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libavfilter-extra-2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libavfilter-extra-2 *
You will get with libavfilter-extra-2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
